Pricing questions
How much does Traceable cost?
Every plan is priced per author, the people who write and own documents. Free is for one author and costs nothing. Essentials is US$35 per author per month (A$52) for up to 5 authors. Team is US$64 per author per month (A$96) for 2 to 50 authors. Regulated is US$119 per author per month (A$178) from 3 authors. Enterprise is priced by quote. Prices exclude GST, which Australian customers are charged at 10%.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation starts with a 30-day trial of Team. When it ends you choose a plan, or stay on Free and keep everything you made, with Free's limits on anything new.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Switch the billing toggle to annual and you get two months free compared with paying monthly, shown as a lower per-month price billed once a year.
Are reviewers and auditors really free?
Yes. You pay only for authors. Reviewers, approvers and auditors are free on every plan, so clients, colleagues or an external auditor can review and sign off without adding a paid seat. Free allows up to 3 of them; every paid plan allows as many as you need.
What is the difference between the plans?
Every plan has requirement IDs and trace links, test plans, review and e-signatures, publishing and MCP. Essentials suits a small team on up to 3 projects. Team adds unlimited projects, the Design Phase board, branches and traceability matrix export. Regulated adds 21 CFR Part 11 signing and distinct signers for records that must stand up to an audit. The table above compares them in full.
